RECEIVING MERCHANDISE: FREIGHT CARRIERS
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Upon delivery, it is extremely important to carefully unpack
and inspect the contents thoroughly for any indication of
damage before signing the carrier’s freight bill of lading. The
driver is required to wait during the inspection. If damage is found, the shipment should be refused; the driver is
required to take the shipment back. If the outside packaging
is damaged, but the contents are not, you should accept the
shipment, but make a note on the freight bill that the outside
packaging was damaged. This will protect your rights in the
event there is concealed damage.

day, 365 days a year.
We make every effort to ship from the Ultra Flow warehouse
closest to your receiving address, but we make no guarantee
every product is stocked in every warehouse. This Wholesale
Edition catalog is produced for the wholesale trade only,
possession of this catalog is not an offer to sell.
TERMS
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. No shipments are sent C.O.D. 2%
10/ Net 30 on approved accounts. Any invoice past 30 days
will delay future shipments. Ultra Flow reserves the right
to change the prices and speci昀椀cations of equipment and/or
material without notice.
MINIMUM BILLING
Minimum invoice amount is $25.00. Orders not reaching
the minimum amount are subject to a $10.00 service charge,
which will be added to the invoice.
SHIPPING
Most shipments are made within 24 hours on business days.
All shipping charges are FOB Windsor, CT. Shipping charges
will be prepaid and added to invoice.
By signing the carrier’s freight bill, without any notations
of damage, you are agreeing the shipment was delivered in
good condition. Any damage found after that point, should
be directed to the freight carrier in the form of a concealed
damage claim. Ultra Flow has no recourse to 昀椀le a freight
damage claim once the shipment was signed for as received
in good condition. Ultra Flow’s responsibility ceases upon the
shipment’s acceptance by the recipient.

Some heavy or large items must be shipped via Freight
Carrier. Monday to Friday freight carrier delivery is to back of
truck and does not include carrying the item into the building,
unpackaging, or lift gate service to unload the shipment. If a
dock or forklift is not available, lift gate service is available for
an additional charge.
RECEIVING MERCHANDISE: FED-EX OR UPS
Inspect your shipment when it is delivered. If your package
has arrived damaged, or otherwise tampered with, notify your
Fed-Ex or UPS delivery person immediately. Customers are
responsible for checking their order when it arrives to ensure
that all items are present. If there are any discrepancies,
please notify us immediately, within seven (7) days. If not,
Ultra Flow is not responsible for missing items.
